1. To achieve the folding door effect, each pair of doors is actually, itself, a set of two separate, synchronised doors. To achieve the synchronisation, the left set of doors communicate with each other on one channel (30) and the right doors on another (31). Due to the limitation of the scripts we use (Kool Door), this means that if you have two copies of the bookcase out, clicking on the doors on one will also activate the other. To resolve this, you can change the Synchro channel in each door through the Kool Door script, which is activated by pressing down on, then sliding your cursor off of, each door.
2. In the package you will find two copies of the bookcase, a plain version sans decor, and another that is grouped with decor. Feel free to edit, modify, ungroup, and change out the decor as you see fit.
3. This piece has been designed with materials enabled, and is best viewed with Advanced Lighting Model turned on (see the Graphics tab of your viewer preferences to find this setting).
4. If you are handy with editing things, note that our products are modifiable. You can tint the prims, remove the bump/normal maps, and change the shine/specular maps as you see fit.
